Capacity To Impact (CTI) is a consulting corporation of diverse professionals that provides research-based services to strengthen the organizational capacity of clients for positive social impact.

Our partner-engaged and research-based capacity building services include strategic planning, program design, applied research, and evaluation.

CTI has particular specialization and expertise in partnering with organizations in Education, Government, and Public Health sectors and cross-sectoral collaboratives.


RECENT CONTRIBUTIONS

State of Black Los Angeles County Report

In collaboration with the County of Los Angeles's Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiative (ARDI), the Capacity to Impact team produced a State of Black Los Angeles County Report, detailing: 1) the effects of longstanding, systemic, anti-Black racism, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) a framework for evaluating and tracking these outcomes, and 3) a robust and actionable set of recommendations to address identified issues.
