State of Black Los Angeles County ReportIn collaboration with the County of Los Angeles's Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion Initiative (ARDI), the Capacity to Impact team produced a State of Black Los Angeles County Report, detailing: 1) the effects of longstanding, systemic, anti-Black racism, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) a framework for evaluating and tracking these outcomes, and 3) a robust and actionable set of recommendations to address identified issues.
